What we collect
Organiser details, guest-of-honour details, contributor submissions, email addresses, payment status and pack delivery details.
Why we collect it
We use these details to build and deliver your game pack, create a return link, show your packs in your account and improve the hosted reveal experience.
Who can see what
Contributor answers are used as creative source material and are never shown attributed. The organiser can see contributor names so they know who has helped.
Data sharing
We share only what is needed with Stripe for payment, our AI model provider for pack generation, Vercel for hosting and storage, and Resend for email delivery.
Retention
We keep pack records so organisers can return to downloads. You can ask us to delete a pack and its related submissions at any time.
